Dispatch Parcel
Ship the package back to our central warehouse in Karachi using a traceable courier service and share the tracking details with our team.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our team will conduct a quality check; upon approval, we will issue a store credit or process a bank refund within 7-10 working days.
